Our main warehouse is based in Hong Kong. (Shipping Times 3-7 days)

We have overseas warehouses with free shipping and no tax/customs charges. (Shipping times 2-5 days)
Our oversea warehouses can only ship to the local destination.

Electronic invoice will be sent directly to your email. Please retain invoice for your records.

If for any reason whatsoever you are unhappy with your purchase. DONT WORRY! We have got you covered. You can return your item hassle free by contacting us via our Contact Form.
When returning any items, we require that they are unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all materials, manuals and accessories intact.
Please note that it is your responsibility to return this item in protective packaging and you are responsible for return postage costs. We also ask you to enclose the original invoice that is included with the order so that that your return can be dealt with accordingly.
If you have not enclosed any information inside your parcel, we can not guarantee that your return can be dealt with.
If you have not tracked your parcel back to ourselves we cannot accept any liability for it.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, you may return this item to us in accordance with your statutory rights. This item will be inspected and if it is confirmed as faulty then we will issue a suitable form of redress (replacement / repair / refund).
Before you return a faulty product. Please contact us via our Contact Form.
Please note: DO NOT return the faulty product (on your own accord) and then request a refund of the postage, as doing this will make the return and refund invalid.
If an item is not deemed faulty following inspection, then we are unable to offer a replacement or refund. A reason will be given as to why the product is in dispute. We are happy to return such items to the customer at the customer’s cost. In Dispute items will be retained by us for 30 days from the date of notification to the customer that no fault has been found and may be destroyed by us after this time where the cost of re-shipping the item to the customer has not been received. If the item fits the refund criteria, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow for up to 7 days from the date you returned the item for any refund to be processed to the account the purchase was made from.
